Hebridean Goblet

INGREDIENTS

• 1 3/4 oz. Herbaceous / savoury style gin
• East Imperial Old World Tonic

GARNSH

• Fresh Kaffir Lime leaves

METHOD

Combine gin and tonic into a chilled stemless wine glass filled with quality ice. Slide a fresh Kaffir Lime leaf down the side of the glass and serve.
