Growers' Quench
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/3 oz. London dry gin
- 1 oz. Green apple cider
- 1/3 oz. Lime juice
- 1 Dash black walnut bitters
- East Imperial Old World Tonic
GARNISH
- Apple slices
- Grapefruit zest, pith removed
METHOD
Add gin, cider, lime juice and a dash of walnut bitters to a chilled short tumbler. Fill with one large piece of ice and top with East Imperial Old World Tonic. Garnish with thin slices of green apple and a thin grapefruit zest.
